Rob and Nicki were married on Saturday at Jesus Church, Troutbeck, Cumbria and then went on for the reception at Storrs Hall in Windermere. As well as being a lovely couple, for me as a wedding photographer this was a great opportunity to create some memorable images. Both Rob and Nicki were really keen on capturing stunning images for their Album and invested the time between the Ceremony and the evening party to create them. I cannot emphasise enough how important it is to allow enough time to visit the right locations and look for the right kind of light. We were with the Bride and Groom from 9:30am through until 9:30pm and were able to capture light, rain, sky, sun, humour, emotion, love and intimacy through the day. Within 30 minutes of putting some of their photos on Facebook yesterday they already had seen more than 300 viewers to the portfolio .
